My workshop overlooks wildflower meadows and native trees on the edge of the Teme Valley. This magical location is a constant source of inspiration for my ceramic and photographic work, as well as the human form.

I enjoy collecting natural materials to make impressions within clay. I use this to create abstract sculptural ceramics. I fire earthenware and stoneware paper clays to 1120°C and combine oxides and carbonates with clear glaze finishes to emphasize the detail. My work is decorative and not suitable for serving food on.

From every sale, I make a donation to Ataxia UK to help fund their excellent work and research into a rare disease which I and some members of my family, have inherited.
